Awesome place

It`s like an exotic resort for the price of an ordinary youth hostel. The location and dorms are great, there are a huge amount of hiking trails, expeditions, and secret beaches to find, everything within walking distance of the hostel.

Uli the manager is really helpful and if he wants to go somewhere the day, go with him if you can, he will show you hidden treasures of Plakias and it`s surroundings.
Room Tip: Take the one with the most attractive people in it.

Liked: This place is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature right on your back doorstep. The vibe here is unlike anywhere else. If you are in Crete you have to stay here and you probably wont want to leave.

i stayed here for 21 days and still found it hard to leave. It´s perfect. when i die and if there is such thing as an after life, this hostel would be where i would spend a few centuries at least. Relax in hammocks and read a book with a beer by your side. Everyone is so friendly and invitations to join in or not join in are there every day. enjoy life at your own pace and feel at home. The hostel has a friendly, trusting, peaceful vibe that slows down time. Loved this hostel.

A slice of heaven

This place really is heaven on earth. Simple, peaceful, clean, safe, a happy, wonderful place where I have many fantastic memories.

I came as a solo female traveler and could not have felt safer or more at peace.

Visit, sleep in a hammock, drink some of their very own wine, jump off the cliff at One Rock Beach and enjoy this little slice of paradise.
