Youth Hostel Plakias

Hands down the best hostel experience of my life. Excellent facilities, a beautiful location and the most genuine and caring staff I´ve ever encountered. My original booking was for 2 nights but they managed to accommodate me for 11 despite being fully booked! The atmosphere here is super relaxed and fun. A great place to meet people and chill out. Bit of a journey to get there so do yourself a favour and stay for a week!

Each person likes and dislikes hostels for various reasons, but this hostel was the best experience I´ve ever had with a hostel. My 2 nights turned into 5 and I would´ve loved more. Uli the hostel manager will do whatever he can for you, clean bathrooms and dorms, and breakfast can be cooked for you or plenty of utensils to cook yourself. Laundry for 3 euros if desired and the location of the hostel is right next to everything in this small, but fantastic city of Plakias. Don´t miss this hostel!
