In general, the input of personal data is not required for the visit of our website.

For bookings we will collect some personal datas: We store them together with your IP and the date and time of booking.
Your personal datas will be only used to process the booking. Any forwarding of such data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.

If you are using our carpooling/transport sharing service we collect the following datas: When you respond to a search/offer, we will forward your message to the other traveller together with your email (and optional phone-number), so he/she can get in contact with you.
When the date of the journey expired or you delete the offer/search the datas will be deleted within 7 days.

We would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via Internet (e.g. by e-mail) can feature security lapses. It is therefore not possible to safeguard the data completely against access of third parties.
The use of contact data published in accordance with the German Telemedia law by third parties for advertising purposes is hereby expressly objected. We expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in case of unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. spam mails.
You can always contact us (by email, letter or phone) to retrive the information about your personal datas that we stored and we will remove all your personal datas on request.
